How to serve champagne?

The ideal storage temperature for champagne is 8 to 10 degrees celcius. In order to refresh, just the place for about 3 hours in the warmest part of your refrigerator. Serve it in flutes preferably, not cuts, you will avoid the bubbles break!

How to serve foie gras?

In order to give your full attention to the guests, prepare your foie gras in advance. After cutting slices of foie gras, coat lightly with a mine or madeira jelly layer to prevent oxidation. How to serve oysters?
